The group rate is available through February 11, or until all rooms in the group block have been sold. Guests can reserve rooms for any dates between March 3 and March 10. To select the dates you need, click “Book a Room” and on the next page, click on “Edit Stay” in the top right corner. Change the dates and click “Update.” If you have questions, call the hotel directly at 480-897-7444.
*Please note: Our conference rate is lower than the default group rate normally offered at Embassy ($269/night). However, Embassy’s reservation system cannot accommodate a rate below that default. When making your reservation, you will be offered/charged that $269 default rate, but upon check-in, you will receive a credit for the difference ($77 for each night). We are sorry for any inconvenience.
